North Yorkshire Moors Railway - vintage charm and amazing scenery on one of the world’s greatest heritage railways. This line was first opened in 1836 and served the local villages, today this line is again open the the public. Said to be one of the busiest steam train lines in the world, you may recognise it from the TV series, Heartbeat.
Scarborough Sea Life Sanctuary - will take you on a fascinating journey from the coastline to the depths of the ocean.
Whitby - Bram Stoker’s novel Dracula, published in 1897 was set here.
Scarborough Fair Collection - fairground rides to Steam Engines and some outstanding Organs from around Europe including the famous Iron Maiden traction engine from the 1962 film The Iron Maiden.
Robin Hood’s Bay - once the centre for smuggling with its hidden tunnels and secret beach access from some of the houses close by. This bay is one of the most beautiful in the country and is very secluded as you would expect. This village has some great views, so bring your camara.
